Your personal data — name, email, unit details, payment history — is held by your property factor firm, not by Factorly. We process it on their behalf as a data processor under UK GDPR. Your factor is the data controller.
All data is stored in the UK only (AWS eu-west-2 — London). It is encrypted at rest and in transit. It is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train AI models. The AI features in Factorly read your portfolio to help your factor — they do not profile you as an individual.
You have the right to request a full export of your personal data or request deletion at any time — your factor can action this from within the platform, or you can contact them directly.
